SKYLINE provided engineering and design Services for the Zion Hill Baptist Church, Love Center Addition. The project consisted of a 2-acre campus addition for an operations building and nursery school.
Site challenges include 15’ feet of grade change along the entrance drive and adjacent to the proposed playground area. Special design considerations were made to maintain daily operations during the construction phase.
SKYLINE provided civil engineering and site design services that included parking, grading, sidewalks, sewer connections, utility coordination, county permitting coordination, storm water collection/retention analysis, erosion and sedimentation control design.
Design services included environmental coordination (protection of state waters) and the utility design of 842 feet of sanitary force main and pump station.
Upon the start of construction, SKYLINE will perform construction administration for the Client to monitor installation by the contractor. We will document construction progress and erosion and sedimentation control compliance.
